• Drive client retention by supporting your portfolio with daily data insights and platform usage guidance.
• Analyse compensation data using Excel and internal tools to prepare clear client-ready insights.
• Ensure client data submissions are completed and compliant with timelines.
• Contribute to projects delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.
