Aon is seeking a Client Success Coordinator in Kraków to partner with a portfolio of clients, providing data insights that shape compensation strategies. You will support the Radford McLagan Compensation Database with job architecture, surveys, data lifecycle and platform experience.

This hybrid Kraków role offers exposure to multiple internal teams, opportunities to deliver benchmarking services, and to promote product awareness to clients.

Formación

• Fluent English and German (C1) level required.
• Proficient in Excel formulas and data analysis for client insights.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing experience required.
• Adaptable to evolving compensation data landscape and client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive client retention by supporting your portfolio with daily data insights and platform usage guidance.
• Analyse compensation data using Excel and internal tools to prepare clear client-ready insights.
• Ensure client data submissions are completed and compliant with timelines.
• Contribute to projects delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.
