Qualifications

• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Several years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and payroll practices.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage the HR Shared Services team in Poland and Hungary (approx. 18 employees) from Warsaw office.
• Build and develop relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Deliver operational targets, budget objectives, and performance indicators.
• Oversee HR administration and payroll processes.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with standards.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and drive HR process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
