Regnology Poland P.S.A. is seeking a senior HR leader to co-lead HR Services and own end-to-end HR operations, payroll and global mobility across multiple jurisdictions. You will set strategy, build structure, resolve complex issues and partner with senior stakeholders.

We value hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions and a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on scalable processes, HR technology and compliance in an international environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in international environments.
• Experience leading HR Operations, Payroll, and Global Mobility.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Co-lead HR Services function and set operating model.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across HR operations.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations (Workday, Personio).
• Manage cross-country HR projects and global governance.
