Deutsche Post in Poland (Warsaw) seeks an experienced HR Shared Services leader to oversee HR administration and payroll across Poland and Hungary, build teams, and drive operational excellence. The role requires a university degree, strong English, several years in HR operations, and a track record in people development and budget

Qualifications

• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Several years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and payroll practices.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage the HR Shared Services team in Poland and Hungary (approx. 18 employees) from Warsaw office.
• Build and develop relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Deliver operational targets, budget objectives, and performance indicators.

Are you an experienced HR Shared Services leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and delivering high-quality HR operations?

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the HR Shared Services team in Poland and Hungary (approximately 18 employees) from Warsaw office,
• Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders,
• Being accountable for delivering operational targets, budget objectives, and performance indicators,
• Overseeing HR administration and payroll processes,
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with organizational standards,
• Monitoring team performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives,
• Identifying and driving HR process optimization and automation opportunities,
• Developing team capabilities and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Several years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll,
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and payroll practices,
• Proven experience in team management and employee development,
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization,
• Experience preparing presentations, business recommendations, and communicating with senior management,
• Budget management experience will be considered an additional advantage.
