Randstad Polska is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Coordinator to strengthen our international HR team in Poland. You will coordinate end-to-end HR processes, partner with People Managers, and ensure compliance with local labor law while driving cultural initiatives.

You have 5+ years in HR, fluent English (C1), strong MS Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Workday or ADP. This role offers a challenging, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with core HR functions and personnel administration.
• English at least C1 for international communication.
• Strong MS Excel skills and practical knowledge of HCM tools (Workday, ADP).
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and drive cross-organizational collaboration.
• High ownership, proactive problem solving and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and lifecycle.
• Act as trusted partner to People Managers to implement People Strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems and provide data-driven insights.
• Address employee queries and promote positive relations and culture.
• Identify process improvements and support HR policy development with Senior HR Manager.
