Qualifications

• University degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Several years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and payroll.
• Proven team management and employee development experience.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience presenting to senior management and budget management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services team in Poland and Hungary, based in Warsaw.
• Build and develop relationships with key business stakeholders.

• Overseeing HR administration and payroll processes,
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with organizational standards,
• Monitoring team performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives,
• Identifying and driving HR process optimization and automation opportunities,
• Developing team capabilities and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Several years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll,
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and payroll practices,
• Proven experience in team management and employee development,
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization,
• Experience preparing presentations, business recommendations, and communicating with senior management,
• Budget management experience will be considered an additional advantage.
