Job summary

SoftServe in Wrocław seeks an HR Administrative Specialist to deliver essential support across labor relations, compensation, and benefits, ensuring HR processes align with company policies and Polish labor law.

You will assist with documentation, payroll inquiries, audits, and reporting while coordinating with stakeholders and managers to improve the workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an employment agency within HR and personnel administration.
• Payroll processing knowledge including tax-deductible employee costs (PKUP).
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law regulations.
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Management or Finance is advantageous.

In this role you will provide essential administrative support across key HR areas such as labor relations, compensation, and benefits. You will help ensure HR processes run smoothly, align with company policies and labor law, and support employees and managers with accurate, timely HR operations that strengthen the overall workplace experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (2 years) in an employment agency within HR and personnel administration (required)
• Practical knowledge of payroll processing, including tax-deductible employee costs (PKUP)
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law regulations
• Knowledge of HR processes and personnel administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to ensure compliance with labor law regulations and local legal requirements
• Confident communication skills in English and Polish, both written and verbal, in a multicultural and distributed setup
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage
