Job summary

DLA Piper, a global law firm, is seeking an HR Team Leader - Recruitment Operations in Warszawa. You will lead the recruitment support team, partnering with the Manager and another Team Leader to shape service delivery and an inclusive culture that enables staff to shine.

You will build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, drive service excellence, and lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery across international operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an HR team in an international business environment.
• 5+ years in HR, with at least 1 year in a people manager role.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Recruitment Operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients (Recruiters, HR, vendors).
• Lead the team by example with a focus on quality and service excellence.
• Identify opportunities to grow and refine recruitment processes.
• Delegate tasks, track completion, and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate the team to deliver outstanding service daily.
• Hire new team members and map skills, training needs, and succession planning.
• Translate changes into actionable team plans and keep data-driven delivery.
• Oversee recruitment reporting and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Manage escalations and drive improvements and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service.
