Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Recruitment Operations Team Leader to guide a recruiting support team in a global law-firm context. You will partner with managers and a fellow Team Leader to shape service delivery, ensure quality, and create a supportive environment for continuous skill development.

Key duties include building stakeholder relationships, leading by example, identifying process improvements, and driving accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience, including team leadership.
• Excellent English skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Experience in managing recruitment operations and working with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting to drive service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment support team to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors and other teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow and refine scope of processes offered.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate the team to deliver high-quality service consistently.
• Hire and map team skills, assess training needs and plan succession.
• Translate changes in the business environment into actionable team plans.
• Gather and present data on team delivery and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee recruitment reporting and support ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Manage escalations with stakeholders and implement improvements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
