Job summary

Koch in Katowice, Poland, seeks an HR Operations Supervisor to lead a team delivering accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle for ~15,000 employees in EMEA. You will ensure Polish law compliance, scalable processes, and strong governance in a growing organization.

You will partner with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Tech, Compliance, and business leaders to optimize experience and outcomes, applying PBM to develop talent and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in HR Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Polish labor law and translating it into operational processes and controls.
• Experience in greenfield, startup, or rapidly growing environments.
• Ability to build/improve processes, routines, service standards, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong judgment, analytical thinking and problem solving; track record in risk-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Operations professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across EMEA.
• Serve as Poland HR Operations subject matter expert for compliance and processes.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical HR processes and training.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and clear escalation paths.
• Drive service metrics, quality reviews, root-cause analysis, and automation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compliance, and HR Technology leaders.
• Lead projects and organizational change using PBM principles.
