Job summary

DLA Piper in Warsaw is seeking an proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office tasks, coordinate with lawyers and the team, and keep operations running smoothly. You will format documents, manage internal systems like InterAction and iManage, organize meetings and travel, assist with business development activities, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

The role requires a university degree, C2 Polish, B2+ English, and at least one year of administration experience in

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferred: administration, management, English Philology and similar).
  • Proficiency in Polish, both spoken and written, at C2 level.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher.
  • Demonstrates proven experience in an administrative role (minimum 1 year of experience).
  • Practice in a corporate and international environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with lawyers and the team.
  • Maintaining clear communication and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Delivering tasks in line with procedures and using available systems. Cooperating with support functions (e.g. MBD) in data updates and offer preparation.
  • Participating in trainings and onboarding new team members.
