Adlook is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw and across Europe, seeking an experienced partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate roles. You will source top talent, manage pipelines, and engage senior leaders to deliver a premium candidate experience.

Fluency in Polish and English, strong direct search skills, and proficiency with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter will help you navigate multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition with end-to-end hiring across Europe.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong direct search skills and market intelligence for competitive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for commercial and corporate roles across Warsaw HQ and Europe.
• Source candidates via networks, market intel and advanced tools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Engage with senior/C-suite candidates to secure interest.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for consultative guidance.
• Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
• Provide updates on pipelines and hiring progress; support decisions.
• Track KPIs and participate in People & Culture projects.
