Koch is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor in Katowice, Poland, to lead and develop a team delivering compliant, customer-focused HR services across EMEA. The role blends Polish labor law expertise with hands-on operations leadership to scale processes and ensure accountability.

You will work cross-functionally with Payroll, HR Tech, Compliance, and business leaders to drive excellence, standardize processes, and deliver a superior employee experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and compliance.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical processes.
• Track record of building scalable HR processes.
• Comfort with PBM principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Operations professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and data privacy requirements.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical HR processes and training.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and service standards.
• Drive operations through metrics, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compliance, and HR Tech.
• Lead projects and organizational change using PBM.
