Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Junior HR Operations Specialist to actively support the Life Cycle team in delivering international LC services and implementing new systems and tools. The role involves proactive process improvements, transitions, and project work.

You will support with employee letters, handle HR data enquiries, and maintain compliance of personnel documentation while working to SLAs and KPIs. A collaborative, proactive approach and strong English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Current employees administration including updating personal information records and salary or relocations administration.
• Support creation and distribution of employee letters such as contracts of employment or salary changes.
• Respond to HR data and administration enquiries from employees.
• Handle more complex tasks/queries as required.
• Report to the Manager details of BAU activities of the LC team.
• Ensure compliance of personnel documentation with regulatory framework and internal policies.
• Operate in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and KPIs.
