Job summary

Koch in Katowice, Poland, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide HR administrative support across the EMEA region, handling hire-to-retire tasks including onboarding, data changes, and contract management. You will collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth operations and confidentiality.

You will support projects and transitions, contribute to process improvements, and ensure excellent customer service that adds value for our business

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.

As anHR Operations Specialist at Koch in Katowice (Poland), you will provide HR administrative support to our internal business partners across the EMEA region. You will manage a wide range of activities within the
Hire to Retire cycle, including contract management, employee data changes, and onboarding/offboarding tasks. You will also collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth and accurate HR operations. You will also support projects and transitions, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service that contributes to a seamless HR experience and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
