Our team operates in a growing and evolving environment where services, processes, and capabilities continue to be built and strengthened. We are focused on operational excellence, local compliance, scalable solutions, and creating an outstanding employee and supervisor experience. As a Supervisor, you will provide direction, develop talent, build strong partnerships, and encourage your team to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, drive continuous improvement, and create sustainable value for both employees and the business.

  • Act as the Poland HR Operations subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with Polish labor law, data privacy requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and translate legal requirements into practical HR processes, communications, training, and system enhancements.
  • Build and strengthen HR Operations capabilities in a growing environment by establishing scalable processes, governance, service standards, and clear decision‑making and escalation paths.
  • Drive operational excellence through service metrics, quality reviews, root‑cause analysis, risk management, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compliance, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and business outcomes.
  • Lead projects, transitions, and organizational change initiatives while applying Principle Based Management (PBM) principles to develop talent, empower employees, encourage collaboration and innovation, provide meaningful feedback, and help teams connect their daily work to long‑term value creation and business success.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of HR Operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Polish labor law and the ability to translate legal requirements into clear, workable operational processes and controls.
  • Proven HR Operations experience in a greenfield, start‑up, rapidly growing, or similarly challenging business environment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or significantly improve processes, operating routines, team capability, service standards, and stakeholder partnerships in an environment with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and make risk‑informed decisions.
  • Experience managing operational performance through service metrics, quality controls, workload planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities, complex cases, and change initiatives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build credibility with employees, supervisors, HR partners, and business leaders.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management and Human Capital Management systems.
  • Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
