Job summary

Molex in Poland is seeking an HR Business Partner for our newly established manufacturing site, to enable business success through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with plant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and drive HR processes and change initiatives. The role offers a temporary contract with potential extension and PBM-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
  • Fluent in Polish and English with strong HR knowledge.
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership to translate business objectives into HR actions.
  • Support leaders in linking employees to value creation and talent gaps.
  • Coach leaders on development plans and PBM implementation.
  • Lead onboarding and talent acquisition alignment with roles and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and corporate HR standards.
  • Develop and improve local HR policies in line with PBM and legal requirements.
  • Coach employees on performance, development, and values.
  • Use data and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Foster open dialogue, stewardship, and principled decision-making.

Job description

As the HR Business Partner for our newly established manufacturing site in Poland, you will play a key role in enabling business success through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Leveraging Principle Based Management (PBM), you will partner closely with plant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an environment where employees can maximize their contributions and create long-term value.

You will provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring excellence in HR administration, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, support business growth, and ensure compliance with Polish labor law, corporate standards, and quality management system requirements, including IATF-related expectations.

Working collaboratively with plant leadership, Koch Capabilities, and global HR teams, you will help build a high-performing culture based on accountability, principled entrepreneurship, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with plant leadership to understand and advance business objectives, strategies, and workforce needs.
  • Support leaders in connecting employees to how they create value for the company; identify talent gaps and coach leaders on the development of gap closure plans.
  • Act as a steward of our Principle Based Management culture, consistently identifying opportunities to enhance application.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team to recruit the right talent, lead onboarding process, ensuring alignment of roles with comparative advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, local regulations, internal policies, and corporate HR standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve local HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and PBM principles.
  • Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, and behaviors aligned with Our Values.
  • Use data and employee feedback to identify and address opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Support and lead change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of open dialogue, challenge, stewardship, and principled decision-making.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Deliver timely, accurate HR support that enable plant growth and value creation.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • Proactively improve processes, remove barriers, and support employee self-actualization.
  • Build trust-based relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and principled decision-making in all HR matters.
  • Continuously develop professional, business, and manufacturing knowledge to strengthen HR partnership.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business, or a related field.
  • Several years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in both Polish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and hands‑on experience implementing local HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated to contribute, with a strong customer‑focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and coach talent in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and experience supporting customer, certification and internal audits - nice to have
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and managing complex employee relations matters.
