Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—in an international setting in Łódź.

You will partner with the HR team to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and a positive employee experience. The role requires 2+ years of HR operations experience, English fluency, and HRIS know-how (Workday/ServiceNow a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR Operations or HR administration.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages desirable.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and labor law basics.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS.
• Handle queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Administer employee benefits programs and related inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and diversity.
• Ensure processes comply with local labor laws and policies.
• Collaborate on HR projects related to process improvements.
• Support HR audits and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures and templates.
