Job summary

DLA Piper in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an HR Operations Manager for the GSC HR stream to deliver high-quality, timely support for HR processes and systems. You will lead day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and drive medium- and short-term plans in line with the GSC HR strategy.

You will coach teams, manage escalations, partner with global process owners, and implement process improvements while ensuring service standards and stakeholder satisfaction across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and process delivery.
• Proven people management and change leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• University degree in management or business discipline.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Office 365 tools.
• Familiarity with HR information systems and data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and deliver medium- and short-term plans.
• Manage escalated service issues and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global process owners to improve service quality and timelines.
• Lead process transitions and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and calibrate KPIs as needed.
• Provide leadership, training, and team development; support budget processes.
