Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an Analyst Local HR Services to lead day-to-day HR service delivery, manage a team of HR professionals, and ensure excellence in HR operations across multiple processes. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and compliance with SLAs while supporting onboarding, lifecycle changes, and reporting.

Qualifications

• HR Operations or Shared Services experience
• Experience leading a team of HR professionals
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, ServiceNow)
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English (B2) and German (C1)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple processes.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Ensure service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as escalation point for complex HR cases.
• Monitor workload and drive operational effectiveness.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, absence management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits and root cause analyses.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge management materials.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and onboarding for new team members.
• Drive process improvements and new ways of working.
• Participate in recruitment and workforce planning.
• Prepare operational reports and update on team performance.
