Job summary

ENGIE Poland is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations across multiple ENGIE entities in Poland. Based in Katowice, or Warsaw, the role is hybrid and requires about 20% travel, reporting to the Country HR Director.

You will standardize and optimize HR processes, oversee payroll and HR administration, and manage recruitment operations and training administration to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR operations management experience.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR administration, payroll and recruitment.
• Experience with recruitment and/or training administration is a plus.
• Strong experience with HR systems.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and payroll team.
• Standardize and optimize HR administration and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Ethics & Compliance and external providers.
• Coordinate recruitment operations from posting ads to interviews.
• Oversee training administration and learning modules.
• Monitor TA KPI compliance and reporting.
