Job summary

ENGIE Poland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support and align people strategy with business needs in a multinational setting. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, guiding HR initiatives across services for data centers and IT environments.

You will leverage HR analytics, drive change, and collaborate with global COEs. The role includes travel up to 15% and offers growth in an international energy company with a focus on people and processes.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field; post-graduate studies are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes with expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in at least two of: employee experience, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Can-do attitude with proactive problem solving; fluent Polish and English working proficiency.
• Willingness to travel (15%).

• Coach, support and strengthen managers when needed.

• Proactively propose solutions to avoid future challenges.

• Participate in local and global HR projects.
