Job summary

Wakacje.pl S.A. is seeking a seasoned HR & payroll Operations Manager in Gdańsk to lead a seven-person team and manage payroll for nearly 1,000 employees. You will ensure monthly accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements across tools, standards, and HR-to-manager handoffs.

You will own HRIS (Personio) and the enova365 payroll system, advise on labor law, and deliver helpful reports to HR and Finance. Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR & payroll, incl. 3+ years leading a team
• Experience with personnel administration in 500+ employee orgs
• Strong Polish labor law and payroll knowledge
• Comfort with data; ability to build HR reports
• Fluent English used daily with跨-group colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and payroll team: plan work, set priorities, develop team members
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR/payroll docs and policies
• Run payroll across cycles and employment forms; participate in calculations
• Advise on labor law and employee rights; conduct short trainings
• Track changes in payroll regs and implement across org
• Prepare employment data and cost reports for HR/Finance
• Improve processes: simplify steps, implement better tools, set standards
• Own HRIS (Personio) and payroll system (enova365) and drive system development
