Job summary

ENGIE Services Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across a multinational organization. You will link business needs with people management, delivering data-driven recommendations and coaching to drive effective HR processes.

Fluent Polish and English are required; travel up to 15% is expected. The role offers hybrid work, professional development, and exposure to global HR projects within the ENGIE group.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field; post-graduate studies are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in at least two of: employee experience, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Fluent Polish and English (working proficiency).
• Travel willingness up to 15% and mergers & acquisitions experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR business partner for managers and employees across the business.
• Be the key link between business needs and people management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes.
• Coach, support and strengthen managers when needed.
• Support employee relations matters in line with labor law and policies.
• Participate in local and global HR projects.
