You will work up to 25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule designed to balance studies and first corporate exposure, in a modern center-location office. You will gain hands-on experience using SAP and Teta, plus MS Office tools, while

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in HR, Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English (min. level B2).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Openness to learning and development.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee documentation (collecting, verifying, and forwarding documents to the payroll provider).
• Supporting employees and communicating with them (email and in person), including HR questions and HR processes.
• Administering business travel documentation.
• Supporting the preparation of payroll-related data.
• Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Preparing employee reports and analyzing HR-related data.
