Job summary

Schaeffler is offering an HR Operations & Processes Intern role in Wroclaw. You will support documentation handling, respond to HR inquiries, and help with payroll data, travel papers, and employee records in a global company.

The internship provides learning through SAP and Teta, with flexible hours (at least 25 per week) and remuneration. Office is in central Wroclaw and you’ll join an international team.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in HR/Administration.
• Fluency in Polish and English with at least B2 level.
• Available to work at least 25 hours per week.
• Interested in HR and gaining international experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Open to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forward employee documentation to payroll provider.
• Answer HR-related questions and assist with HR processes.
• Administer business travel documentation.
• Prepare payroll-related data.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
• Prepare employee reports and analyze HR data.
