This HR Administrative role focuses on supporting HR processes across Training, Recruiting, Talent Management and Travel Management, with data entry, documentation, and project participation.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• First professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR/Shared Service Center.
• Fluent English (C1) and German (B1) required or highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented approach.
• Commitment to high quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Providing general administrative support to HR across Training Administration, Recruiting Tool Support, Talent Management, Travel Management via remote channels.
• Data entry and maintaining HR systems.
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation.
• Participating in transition and implementation projects.
• Supporting processes and training colleagues.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks.
• Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
