Job summary

Schaeffler invites you to join our Finance internship in Wroclaw, where you will support the finance team with e-invoicing, invoicing verification, and reporting. You will work with SAP and ICR, helping automate processes and improve templates while gaining practical experience in a global engineering company.

You will collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid setting, participate in team meetings, and contribute to audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree.
• Good command of English and/or German (minimum B2).
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Interest in finance processes, automation & technology enhancements.
• Innovative mindset for automation & process improvement.
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail with accuracy.
• Interest in SAP and ICR as finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Team with handling financial documents and e-invoicing.
• Verify active invoices, vendor details, amounts and POs.
• Utilize financial systems and tools, notably ICR.
• Produce reports on document processing activities using tech.
• Support month-end close by reviewing open items and reconciling balances.
• Improve reporting templates and Excel-based tools.
• Participate in weekly and monthly Finance team meetings.
• Prepare and verify documentation for audits.
