Qualifications

• Fluent in German (min B2/C1) and English (min B2); strong communication skills.
• Higher education preferred in HR or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and user support for HR systems.
• Drive employee experience by advising employees and internal customers via email and phone.
• Own and administer HR processes ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to optimize processes.
• Build and maintain internal/external knowledge base for team efficiency.
• Participate in key HR areas (e.g., Recruiting) and share updates and expertise.
• Measure service quality and drive continuous improvement.
