Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wrocław is seeking a proactive HR Direct Junior Specialist to join our growing HR Direct team. You will handle incoming inquiries about HR topics, support HR systems, and deliver excellent employee service by email and phone.

Fluency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2) and about 1 year of relevant experience are required. You will collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English at required levels.
• About 1 year of professional experience in supporting customers or employees with HR-related queries.
• Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
• Demonstrated empathy, teamwork, and service-oriented approach.
• Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow or OpenText.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact for general HR inquiries and provide user support for HR systems.
• Assist in delivering a positive employee experience via email and phone in German and English.
• Process ownership: support HR processes and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to optimize processes and improve service quality.
• Contribute to maintaining and expanding our knowledge base for team efficiency.
• Participate in competence centers and share updates, training, and expertise.
• Monitor service quality and help drive continuous improvement.
