Job summary

Momox in Szczecin is seeking a data-driven HR information analyst to ensure accurate HR data, prepare recurring reports, and support global People & Culture projects. You will map processes, identify gaps, and help standardize workflows with a focus on accuracy and automation.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data, reporting, processes or HR systems.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify errors and root causes.
• Experience in improving processes and turning business needs into practical solutions.
• Good communication and ability to cooperate with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular HR data checks for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Prepare recurring HR reports, analyses and data summaries to support People & Culture operations.
• Review and map HR processes, identify gaps and automate tasks.
• Support implementation and standardisation of HR processes and workflows.
• Analyse problems, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Participate in global People & Culture projects across locations.
• Use AI and automation tools to support data analysis and improve processes.
