Job summary

Dvinci is seeking an HR Data Analyst to help maintain accurate HR data, prepare regular reports, and support People & Culture operations. You will review processes, identify gaps, and implement standardised workflows, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT and global teams. The role requires strong Excel skills, Polish and English fluency, and openness to AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR data, reporting, processes or HR systems.
• Proficient Excel with formulas, pivot tables and large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors and root causes.
• Experience improving processes and turning business needs into practical solutions.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration (HR, Payroll, IT).
• Fluent Polish (written and spoken).
• Fluent English for global projects and cooperation.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, well-organised.
• Independent and responsible for assigned tasks.
• Open to using AI and automation tools in daily work.
• Willingness to work on-site in Szczecin.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular HR data checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Prepare recurring HR reports, analyses and data summaries to support People & Culture operations and decision-making.
• Review and map HR processes, identify gaps, manual tasks and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation and standardisation of HR processes and workflows.
• Analyse problems, identify root causes and help develop practical solutions.
• Participate in global People & Culture projects and collaborate with teams across different locations
• Use AI and automation tools to support data analysis, improve processes and make everyday work more efficient.
