POSITION OVERVIEW

DataArt is a global software engineering company. With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.
We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who will join our team in Wroclaw.

Responsibilities:

Full cycle of talent management process (from the first day of employment to off-boarding stages)
Close collaboration with management and colleagues to improve work relationships
Answer general HR questions and resolve issues on time
Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working in an IT company in the HR Specialist role
Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, off-boarding, conducting one-to-one meetings, adaptation, professional development etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
Strong multitasking skills, attention to details
Personality with fast thinking and proactive attitude
Upper-intermediate English
