Job summary

Dyson in Kraków is seeking an HR Administrator to provide advanced HR support, manage transactional activities across the employee lifecycle, and contribute to process improvements with the People Function team.

You will be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensure accurate records in Workday, support junior administrators, and help interpret local labor law while partnering with stakeholders to resolve standard cases.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Employee Administration for the country market.
• Solid understanding of local labor law and compliance.
• Experience in Global HR Shared Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring HR support.
• Manage transactional activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR advice with consideration of local labor laws in collaboration with the People Function Team.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with customers, maintaining a “one and done” approach.
• Monitor and highlight trends or issues affecting service delivery.
• Perform monthly pre-payroll input validation for the area.
• Maintain and update internal process documentation.
