Job summary

Randstad Polska partners with a global engineering and assurance organization to hire an HR Advisor / People Consultant (German Speaker) who will advise business leaders in Germany on employee relations, performance management and German employment law.

The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model in Poland or fully remote from anywhere in Poland, plus a 800 PLN/month Home Office allowance for long-distance.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2), in writing and speaking.
• Strong working knowledge of German employment law.
• Experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist or similar advisory HR role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers.

Responsibilities

To support their expanding global operations, we are looking for a skilled, independent HR Advisor / People Consultant (German Speaker) to provide expert advisory support to business leaders and managers across Germany. What will your tasks involve?

What we expect from you?
