Job summary

simplyblock seeks a hands-on GTM/RevOps engineer to build and maintain the SDR pipeline, enrichment feeds, and intel that powers outreach. You will improve scripts, playbooks, tooling, and performance dashboards, with potential growth into Head of Sales Development and related leadership roles.

You will own the stack from data sources to outbound execution, ensuring relentlessly up-to-date accounts and strong AI-driven automations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GTM automation and enrichment pipelines.
• 1–2 years building GTM/sales automations at a startup, agency, or in a founding role.
• You think in systems: explain lead origins with a boring, scalable answer.
• AI-native: used Claude or similar daily and shipped an ongoing automation.
• Provable impact via builds, leadership, or shipped projects, not just grades.
• Fluent English; German is a plus; Berlin-based or relocation ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing & enrichment engine: build/maintain pipelines for SDRs.
• Account qualification & intel: score & prioritize accounts with signals.
• Outbound infrastructure: sequences, deliverability, tool integrations.
• GTM performance tracking: dashboards showing SDR output and fixes.
• Tool evaluation & stack decisions: own GTM stack end-to-end.
• Call intelligence & playbook: analyze calls, codify learnings, push improvements.
