Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own and evolve our outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This is a remote role with EU hours, sitting at the intersection of data, automation, AI, deliverability, intent signals, and outbound strategy.

You will architect end-to-end outbound systems, manage Clay workflows, enhance deliverability, design intent-based campaigns, and write lightweight code to integrate APIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM Engineering or related roles in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Advanced experience with Clay, including enrichment workflows and AI columns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domains, and infrastructure.
• Experience designing campaigns around intent data and buying signals.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, automation platforms, and basic Python/JS.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to reporting.
• Build and optimize Clay workflows and AI-assisted processes.
• Own deliverability infrastructure, domains, reputation, and authentication.
• Design intent-driven outbound systems using active signals.
• Write lightweight code to integrate APIs when no-code tools fall short.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish GTM engineering best practices.
