Job summary

Codex is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound systems and scale performance across global markets. This hands-on role covers sending infrastructure, ICP scoring, enrichment, and multi-channel campaigns to feed a growing regional sales team.

You'll work closely with Marketing Lead and Sales Lead to measure, iterate, and expand the outbound engine, including ABM plays, and ensure data integrity across the CRM and attribution landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on GTM engineering, growth, or outbound experience in B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Built or scaled an outbound motion with measurable pipeline impact.
• Daily hands-on with modern GTM stack and CRM data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own the sending infrastructure end-to-end for multi-channel outreach at scale.
• Maintain enrichment stack, ICP scoring, and routing logic.
• Own the sequencer and multi-channel outreach stack with A/B testing.
• Ensure deduplication and clean routing across outbound systems.
