Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a GTM Engineer who will own and architect outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, and outbound strategy, building scalable automated systems that power campaigns across the EU.

You will design Clay workflows, enrich data, define ICPs, and collaborate with GTM Strategists to deliver campaign-ready lead lists and reliable performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building outbound or revenue systems in B2B SaaS or agencies.
• Experienced with Clay workflows, AI columns, and custom API integrations.
• Systems thinker; automated processes over manual tasks.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and light Python/JS snippets.
• Strong commercial mindset and ICP knowledge.
• Familiar with GTM tooling ecosystem and enrichment tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to campaign launch and CRM sync.
• Build advanced Clay workflows including enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, and API integrations.
• Design signal-based triggers like job changes, funding rounds, and tech installs.
• Create multi-channel automations with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier that connect data sources and CRM.
• Use AI to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
• Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows and targeting approaches.
