Job summary

Viktor is building the infrastructure behind its partnerships engine in Warsaw. You will design and run automated outbound motions, own the Attio-backed CRM, and ship AI-powered tools that scale sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and attribution.

You will automate recurring manual work, ensure data integrity, and measure impact from outreach to signups and revenue. This is hands-on GTM engineering for a hyper-growth AI company.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound automation at scale.
• Strong API and scripting skills (Python/TypeScript).
• CRM ownership and data hygiene experience.
• Deliverability, warmup and dedup knowledge.
• Ability to ship production-grade tools with AI coding.

Responsibilities

• Build and run automated outbound motions end to end: sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, reply handling, CRM sync, across email and social.
• Own Attio as a system: data model, pipelines, enrichment, hygiene and reporting.
• Ship internal tools fast with AI coding tools: scrapers, scoring pipelines, dashboards, integrations.
• Maintain data flow between systems and extend attribution to show impact from signups to revenue.
• Automate recurring manual work and run them as production-grade services.
