Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in Greek to join our Kraków team. You will deliver outstanding customer experience by handling interactions, resolving issues, and building relationships with customers in Greek and English as needed.

In this role you will troubleshoot, de-escalate when necessary, and work with Excel and MS Office tools while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• C1-level fluency in Greek.
• At least 1 year of experience in an international contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation abilities.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
