Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a customer service specialist to deliver excellent support in Czech and English. You will resolve issues, de-escalate situations, and build lasting customer relationships while working in a hybrid Poland-based environment.

Ideal candidates have a Czech C1 level, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year in an international contact centre. A university degree and proficiency in Excel/MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Czech language at least at C1 level is required.
• Minimum 1 year in an international contact centre environment.
• Strong communication, listening and comprehension skills.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
