Job summary

Qualifications

• C1-level fluency in Slovak.
• At least 1 year of experience in an international contact centre.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate customer frustration.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working style.
• Comfort with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
