Ideal candidates have 6+ months in international contact centers, fluent English and Italian, and solid Excel/MS Office skills. A bachelor’s degree or student status is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English and Italian with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Min. 6 months of international contact center experience.
• Practical knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
• Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
• Bachelor’s degree or a student status.
