Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Global TA Enablement Program Manager to define and drive worldwide Talent Acquisition enablement, establishing standards and scalable learning solutions. You will lead governance, adopt new processes, and deliver data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design training, manage content, and oversee onboarding initiatives, ensuring alignment with TA strategy and transformation initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes
• Ability to design, deliver, and scale enablement programs and training
• Analytical mindset with experience in surveys, reporting and performance tracking
• Change management expertise with hands-on transformation experience
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams

Responsibilities
