Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Talent Acquisition operations lead to manage and continuously improve recruitment processes for key clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize delivery, ensure compliance, and drive reporting and service quality.

Strong communication in German and English is essential, along with experience in end-to-end TA activities. The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, process standardization, and mentoring of junior colleagues within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities.
• Ability to manage client expectations and ensure quality and compliance.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned process scope in line with Capgemini methodology and transition plan.
• Drive process excellence in HR / Talent Acquisition operations.
• Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams.
• Gather, align, and track commitments related to process design and technology enhancements.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables; provide status reporting.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation (maps and procedures).
• Act as main point of contact for client communication and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
• Continuously improve client satisfaction and service quality.
• Support business-as-usual activities and service improvements.
• Develop, mentor, and coach junior team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient team culture.
