Job summary

TRG Tech Research Group is seeking a senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment across our global teams. You will manage end-to-end hiring, from defining profiles to sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and offer closure, with a focus on Engineering, Data, AI, Product, QA, DevOps/SRE and Sales across international markets.

This is a true recruitment partner role, not a coordination job, requiring the ability to challenge requirements, navigate diverse talent markets and

Qualifications

• Senior-level end-to-end recruitment experience, 4+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting internationally for a global company.
• Strong experience recruiting Engineering and Sales profiles across markets.
• Background in software product, SaaS or technology preferred.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across global teams and multiple countries.
• Source, assess, and close senior Engineering and Sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define skills, seniority and profiles.
• Lead interviews and provide structured candidate assessments.
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing and networking.
