Siemens Energy is seeking a Learning Reporting Expert to adjust HR cost center allocations and deliver robust learning reporting solutions globally. The role focuses on learning data analytics, automated reporting, and aligning costs across centers to support strategic decisions.

The position involves managing reporting migrations, consolidating thousands of reports, and creating new performance/talent reports in collaboration with HR, IT, and external training providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR reporting, learning analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools, learning management systems data structures, and financial cost center tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliable learning reporting using SELP data to derive/report with required quality and support audited external reports.
  • Manage ad hoc reports with sensitive data and maintain multiple Excel sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Interface with external training partners and providers (e.g., Cegos, TÜV SÜD, Skillsoft).
  • Oversee the re-allocation of monthly learning costs (€1–1.5M) across cost centers and PO management.
  • Drive reporting migration to Cornerstone Workforce AI and streamline active reports from 400 to 30.
  • Create new reports for Performance & Talent Management as requested.

Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a Learning Reporting Expert, who will adjusting HR cost center allocations and delivering robust learning reporting solutions globally. To address these business aims, this role focuses on learning data analytics, automated reporting solutions, and HR cost center alignment. These areas directly support strategic decision-making by translating complex learning datasets into actionable business insights.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Ensure reliable learning reporting by using data from Siemens Energy Learning Platform SELP to derive / create reporting with the required quality, managing Security Rights in SELP, and ensuring reliable learning data for audited external reports (e.g., SE Annual Report, ESG Fact Sheet).
  • Manage many adhoc reports with sensitive user data requested, e.g. which users haven’t completed “Foundation of DIGI AI”, and maintain 14 Excel sheets required to ensure accurate learning reporting and data quality.
  • Manage interfaces with external partners / suppliers providing trainings and learning opportunities (e.g. Cegos, Tüv Sued, Skillsoft …).
  • Manage the re-allocation of €1-1.5M monthly learning costs from HR Cost Center to participants' cost centers, including PO management; 70-80% of invoices are cross-BA, requiring a centralized allocation process. This global Transitory Cost Center (gTCC) process generates savings of approximately 2.5 Mill. € per year for SE.
  • Drive and ensure Reporting Migration (Transformation project to new Learning Platform – Cornerstone Workforce AI), including streamlining the number of active reports in SELP from 400 to 30 in “Workforce AI” and implementation and test of new created reports in “Workforce AI”.
  • Create completely new reports for “Performance & Talent Management” as requested.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR reporting, learning analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence tools, learning management systems (LMS) data structures, and financial cost center tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and additional team members.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • English language skills.
