Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Global TA Enablement Program Manager to define and drive global Talent Acquisition enablement, establishing standards, scalable learning solutions, and strategic process initiatives. You will govern recruiting practices with modern tech, change management, and data-driven insights.

You will develop the TA Academy roadmap for in-house, contractor, and RPO teams, collaborate with SMEs to design content, and lead global projects ensuring alignment with the TA strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex projects with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Capability to design, deliver, and scale enablement programs, academies, and certification frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with survey analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Change management expertise with hands-on transformation experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic roadmap for a comprehensive TA Academy across in-house, contractor, and RPO teams.
• Design and manage enablement content with SMEs; define recruiting roles and training programs.
• Lead TA transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
• Create global guidelines and targeted training for Hiring Managers to streamline recruitment.
• Lead global projects related to recruiting processes, onboarding, and process improvements.
• Provide regular reporting on TA enablement initiatives using data-driven insights.
