Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer - ServiceNow (Global Role) to join our team in Poland. You will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow capabilities, create enterprise integrations, and enable AI-powered automation across complex environments.

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong development skills with JavaScript and Glide APIs, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow tools and APIs.
• Security awareness: ACLs, OAuth, encryption, audit logging.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow capabilities across enterprise environments.
• Develop reusable platform services using App Engine, Flow Designer, and scoped apps.
• Create integrations using Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and webhooks.
• Support AI capabilities: Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, and conversational workflows.
• Ensure secure access controls, credentials, and secure integration practices.
• Monitor performance, upgrade readiness, and participate in DevOps activities.
• Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, data teams, and stakeholders.
